Our attorneys practice primarily Family or Matrimonial Law, such as divorce, property division, child custody, visitation, termination of parental rights, adoption, international child support and custody, international child abduction or Hague Convention cases. We are referral attorneys for the Lambda Legal Defense Fund, handling same sex partnership dissolutions and estate planning matters. The Animal Legal Defense Fund also refers animal law cases to us. Our attorneys also handle elder law and disability law matters, such as Special Needs Trust, Miller-type trusts, and general estate planning documents.

Our attorneys include a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas who handled over 1500 child support cases, including enforcement of international child support. The Courts also appoint our attorneys as Guardians Ad Litem, Amicus Attorneys, and/or Attorneys Ad Litem.

A number of our clients are military service men and women. The U.S. State Department refers foreign dignitaries to our firm to discuss Hague Convention or international child abduction cases.

We have offices in Dallas, Denton and The Colony and plan on expanding our office to other states. In addition to practicing in Dallas and Denton counties, we also practice in Collin (Frisco, Plano, McKinney), Tarrant (Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Mid Cities), Rockwall, Ellis, and Johnson Counties. We have cases as far south as Beaumont, as far east as Arp, and as far west as El Paso.
